When life has changed — and you feel worn down, unsettled, or unsure how to move forward.
If you’re moving through burnout, grief, or a major life transition, you don’t need to push or figure it all out. You need steadiness, safety, and space to breathe.
I’m Leslie — therapist, coach, and someone who understands what it’s like when life quietly unravels. I walk beside women as they find steadiness again and begin to feel more like themselves, at a pace that feels manageable and respectful.
You’re invited to begin with my free Self-Care Guide — a short, practical collection of gentle practices to help you feel a little calmer, clearer, and more grounded, even in the middle of a hard season.

Support for women moving through a hard season
Burnout - Grief - Life Transitions
Life doesn’t always change in obvious ways.
Sometimes it unravels slowly — caregiving responsibilities increase, stress accumulates, a loss occurs, or your sense of who you are and how you live quietly begins to shift.
At other times, the change is more abrupt — a diagnosis, an ending, or a transition you didn’t choose.
You might feel worn down or restless. Quietly exhausted. Not quite yourself — even though you’re still showing up and doing what needs to be done.
If you’re here, you may be carrying more than most people realize:
- Grief that doesn’t have a clear place to land
- Burnout from holding everything together for too long
- A deep sense that something has shifted — even if you can’t fully explain it
And underneath it all, a simple wish:
- to feel more grounded.
- to feel steadier.
- to feel more like yourself again.
I’m Leslie. I’m a therapist, life coach, yoga teacher, gardener, and flower farmer — but more than that, I’m a woman who has lived through long seasons of stress, loss, and transition, and found her way back to a life that feels rooted and sustaining.
Now I support other women as they move through difficult seasons — offering calm presence, body-based support, and simple, grounded practices that help you settle, reconnect, and find your footing again.
This work isn’t about fixing yourself or pushing for answers.
It’s about having a steady place to land while you take the next step — at your own pace.
If you’re looking for clarity, steadiness, and space to reconnect with yourself, you’re in the right place.
What I'm Creating...
I’m currently creating a new 3-Day Calm Reset — a free, short mini-course with simple, guided practices you can do in just a few minutes a day.
It’s designed for moments when you feel overwhelmed, worn down, or off-center — and want a steady way to pause, settle, and reconnect with yourself.
After that, I’ll be offering a few additional ways to continue, if and when it feels right:
The Calm Companion Kit — a low-cost collection of supportive tools you can return to during stressful or uncertain seasons.
Calm in the Chaos — my signature small-group program, opening later this spring, for women who want deeper support and steadiness over time.
There’s no rush and no pressure to decide anything now.
If you’re already on my email list, I’ll let you know when these offerings are ready.
If not, you’re welcome to start with the free Self-Care Guide — and you’ll receive updates when new resources become available.
